Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our human resources initiatives with BharathCloud’s business objectives. The HRBP will collaborate with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that HR strategies support the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational performance.
• Talent Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, support recruitment efforts, and ensure the acquisition of top talent.
• Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Support the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs and work with the L&D team to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Organizational Development: Lead change management initiatives, support organizational restructuring, and assist in workforce planning to ensure business agility and efficiency.
• Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with compensation teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain
• HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights into workforce trends and inform decision-making.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR business partner or similar role
• Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to inform decisions.
• Experience working in a cloud services or technology-driven environment is a plus.
