Full-Stack Developer – L1

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer at Level 1 who is keen to grow and contribute across the technology stack. You will participate in the design, development, testing and deployment of web applications and work with front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user-interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks.
• Create backend APIs and services, integrate with databases, third-party services and internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product, UX) to deliver features.
• Write clean, maintainable code, follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging and resolving issues in front-end or back-end modules.
• Work with version control (Git), follow CI/CD pipelines and support deployment activities.
• Document development work, maintain test and deployment artefacts.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in software development or web application development.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with a JS framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, Java, Python or similar) and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services and basic architecture concepts.
• Good problem-solving ability, strong communication and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in full-stack projects (front-end + back-end) or internships in relevant web technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of modern build tools, automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agile development practices, version control workflows, testing frameworks.
