Questions, answered

Each machine is priced from its resources: a per-CPU rate (higher for Windows), a per-GB rate for RAM, and a per-GB rate for the Disk you choose. The three add up to the monthly price; quarterly, half-yearly and yearly are three, six and twelve times that, with no separate discount.
