Full-Stack Developer – L2

Job Description

We are seeking a capable Full-Stack Developer to design, build and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work across the stack, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and help deliver robust, scalable, user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces with modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and maintain back-end services, APIs and integrate with databases and external services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, UX, QA, product) to deliver features end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable code, adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end or back-end issues; optimise application performance.
• Maintain and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
• Document development work, maintain test/deployment artefacts, and follow agile practices.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in full-stack web development (front-end + back-end).
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a modern framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Java, Python or similar) and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs/web services and understanding of basic architecture concepts.
• Good problem-solving skills, strong communication and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on full-stack projects or internships using both front-end + back-end.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of modern build tools, automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agile development practices, version control workflows (Git) and testing frameworks.
