HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to align human resources initiatives with our business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership and teams to deliver HR strategies, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organisational goals and translate them into HR strategies.
• Provide end-to-end HR support: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and off-boarding.
• Design and implement employee engagement, retention and development programs to strengthen the culture and workforce capability.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, monitoring, feedback and appraisal cycles.
• Work with leadership to identify talent gaps, succession planning and development of high-potential employees.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies and internal audits; support HR operations and documentation.
• Coach managers and employees on HR best practices, change management and organisational development initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and business outcomes.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR business partnering or strategic HR roles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels.
• Strong experience in talent management, performance systems, employee relations and change management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance in India.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.

Preferred Skills

• Post-graduate qualification (MBA/PGDM) in HR or related discipline.
• Experience in tech or services organisations, ideally in IT/Cloud domain.
• Familiarity with HR analytics tools, HRIS systems and process automation.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
